Privacy is a safety issue here, not paperwork. This page explains plainly what we collect and how to have it removed.
What we collect
If you contact us or join the UKind Ally early-access list, we collect your name, your email address and anything you choose to write to us. Nothing more is required, and we never ask for details of your situation.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you, or to tell you when UKind Ally early access opens. We do not use them for profiling or automated decisions.
Who we share it with
Nobody. Your details are never sold, shared or passed to another organisation. Where a supplier processes data on our behalf (for example our email provider), they act only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and early-access details only for as long as they are needed, and delete them on request without asking why.
Cookies
This site uses only what is needed to work, plus optional analytics you can decline in the cookie notice. Declining changes nothing about the support available to you.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
