UKind Therapy CIC

In development

UKind Ally — your everyday companion, coming soon.

Grounding, mindfulness, and staying on track between moments that feel hard. We're building UKind Ally with survivors, and we'd love your help testing it.

What Ally does

A day-to-day companion, not a programme to complete

Ally is being built for ordinary days as well as difficult ones — something you can pick up for two minutes and put down again without falling behind.

  • Everyday grounding

Short grounding exercises you can use in a queue, on a break or in the middle of the night.

  • Mindfulness you can keep up

Brief mindfulness and breathing practices designed for real days, not ideal ones.

  • Goals that stay yours

Set small, meaningful goals and keep track of them at your own pace, with no streaks to lose.

  • Use it on your own

Ally works entirely independently. You do not need a referral, a diagnosis or a service to use it.

  • Or alongside a service

If you are supported by a partnered service, they can send goals through to Ally so the work between sessions joins up.

  • Steady between the hard moments

Company and structure in the gaps — before an appointment, after a difficult day, or on an ordinary Tuesday.

What Ally isn't

Being clear matters more than sounding impressive

Ally sits alongside the support already in your life. Here is what it will never claim to be.

  • Ally is not therapy, and it is not a therapist.
  • Ally is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, call 999.
  • Ally does not replace the support already in your life — your therapist, GP, support worker or the people around you.
  • Ally will not diagnose you, assess you or make decisions about your care.

Early access

Be one of the first to try it.

Ally is still being built. Early access means trying it before it is public and telling us honestly what helps and what doesn't.

What happens next

  • We add your name and email to the early-access list — nothing else.
  • We email you when early access opens, and only about UKind Ally.
  • You decide then whether to take part. Saying no is completely fine.

We'll be in touch when early access opens, and there's no obligation — you can opt out any time.

Your privacy

  • We collect your first name, your email address and — only if you choose to answer — how you found us. Nothing about your circumstances, and no details of your situation.
  • Your details are never sold, shared or passed to any other organisation, and they are used only to contact you about UKind Ally early access.
  • To be removed, email contact@ukindtherapy.io and we'll delete your details. You do not need to give a reason.

It helps us shape testing. Leaving it as it is changes nothing.

We'll be in touch when early access opens, and there's no obligation — you can opt out any time.

Ally is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, call 999. The helplines at the top of this page are free and open 24 hours a day.
